Indiana Tuna Jerky is dried fish produced the traditional way. To make 100g of Jerky, a whole 300g of tuna is dried, salted and smoked with beech wood. This means that it has an enormous amount of protein and almost no carbohydrates. Making it an ideal snack for athletes and well suited for a modern low-carb diet.
