Jerky production as a way of preserving dates back thousands of years. The well-established Linnamäe Meat Factory has developed a WILD JERKY dried meat series, the development of which incorporates extensive experience and knowledge in achieving an excellent taste sensation.

Products from the WILD JERKY series are made exclusively from selected raw materials with the lowest fat and highest protein content. As little flavouring as possible is used in order to pass on the characteristic meat flavours of the different wild game, and the taste of game shaped by nature itself.
