Cherky Foods ECO Beef Jerky is a minimally processed product made from selected organic beef lean cuts. They add spices and other ingredients before we cure them at low temperature, that is it. Honey and mustard – one of the classic flavour blends in cuisine. The honey and the mustard work nicely to boost the natural flavour of organic beef.
