Elk jerky has a long tradition in the history of RENJER. To honor that tradition but also to make a step towards the future, Renjer have created the new modern taste of Elk Jerky Black Pepper. This is exactly the right choice for everyone, who always wished their elk jerky would be spiced up with the rich flavours of black pepper.
The elk meat that is used in this product is sourced from the Scandinavian and Baltic forests and is 100% wild game meat from hunting. And, since many people asked us before, let us make this point clear: Yes, this is the world’s biggest deer species, the large European elk with its huge, broad antlers – also known as moose in North America.

Ingredients: elk meat (Alces Alces) (90 %), sea salt, white wine vinegar, stabilizer: citrus pectin, spice mix, black pepper (1,17 %).
It takes 275g of elk meat for 100g jerky.
